When linking the program to MKL library, for some MKL versions, cmake may have problems to find the correct MKL libraries. Setting LDLIBRARYPATH to include the MKL dynamic libraries sometimes can help cmake to find the MKL libraries, e.g.

Tom, Michael, List, Thank you for the replies, I've got it working.incase anyone else reading (or for the archives) the fix is: for the '-with-libs' parameter add the location of both readline.

I am a newbie to Linux and tried to install Otcl 1.8 in RH9. I downloaded the tar file from the website and installed it as the README, but I can not pass the test after the installation. It is said 'error while loading shared libraries: libtk8.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory'. What should I do to solve the problem?
Any help here would be greatly apreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Looking at your CMakeLists.txt I don't think you want to add rt unless you are linux. I get the following error when it tries to build:

You need to change CMakeLists.txt where you add library rt:

Thanks, I actually had that before, but must have missed it in the move to catkin:

if(UNIXANDNOT APPLE)

I'll get a fix for this asap.
